The land under analysis is located to the south of the center of Sobreira and the West of Lugar de Casconha, in a mixed area, largely covered by woods and pine forest (about 85%) and framed by single-family houses (about 15 % ).

It should be noted that although a large part of the plot (conditioned front zone) is located in the fire danger zone, having even been selected in 2005, as an occupation of risk area The mentioned ones, with the exception of the orientation to Travessa do Souto , are not found in covered areas, despite not being considered in these urban situations, ending in 2015.
