Investment in profitable real estate in Germany is offered. A large German company that manages residential buildings with more than 11,000 apartments has been offering parity investment with guaranteed income for more than 100 years on the following conditions:
The investor and a subsidiary of the management company create a new GmbH & KoKG with a share capital of 10,000,000 euros, with each party contributing 5,000,000 euros (and possibly large amounts of investments). This amount is used to purchase real estate, which will be managed by the new GmbH & KoKG in the future. Both (investor and GmbH & KoKG) are equally recorded as owners of the acquired property in the land register and subsequently GmbH & KoKG manages this property. As a result, the investor receives a guaranteed income of 6.9% per year from his part of the investment in the amount of 5 000 000 euros. Payments to the investor can be made immediately for a year or monthly. The guarantee period is 10 years, with the option of extension for the next 5 or 10 years. After the end of the guarantee period, the deposited capital of EUR 5 000 000 is paid to the account of the investor, i.e. it is returned back to him. In this case, there is a 100% guarantee of capital safety, as, in any case, the investor retains the property, as evidenced by the entry in the land register (register of ownership rights in Germany).
